This is the final vector artwork I made from the sketches below – I also added some texture to give it some warmth, make it look more finished, and less digital.
Thumbnail sketches – important part of my process.
Lots of tiny quick sketches to figure out lettering styles, forms and composition. Some times I make bit bigger sketches when I make logotypes or wordmarks for client. But for personal and more casual lettering projects I don't need to have everything figured out when I start working on vectors. Here is just small part of initial explorations that I thought had some potential to be taken further.
